The presbyters of Caesarea in Mauretania (North Africa) are present during the sermon of Augustine against the Donatists. Caesarea, AD 418. Account of Augustine, "Gesta cum Emerito", AD 418.

When our most glorious emperors were the consuls, Honorius for the twelfth time, and Theodosius for the eighth time, on the twelfth day before the Kalends of October, in Caesarea, in the major church, when Deuterius, the metropolitan bishop of Caesarea, Alypius of Thagaste, Augustine of Hippo, Possidius of Calama, Rusticus of Cartenna, Paladius of Thiabe and other bishops came in procession to the exedra, in the presence of the presbyters, deacons, the entire clergy and great many people, in the presence also of Emeritus, the bishop of the party of Donatus, Augustine, the bishop of the Catholic Church said: [...]

In AD 418 Augustine travelled to Caesarea in Mauretania, when he preached against the Donatists. He tried to have a disputation the Donatist bishop of the city, Emeritus, who, however, declined to answer the challenge.
