According to Canon 89 of the Breviary of Ferrandus of Carthage (North Africa, AD 523/546, repeating earlier norms) all are bound to communicate from the sacrifice offered by a married presbyter.
Canon 89

Vt de oblatione presbyteri coniugati nullus audeat non communicare.
Concilio Gangrensi, tit. 4.

(ed. Munier 1974: 294)
Canon 89

Nobody should dare not to communicate from the sacrifice offered by a married presbyter.
Council of Gangra, title 4.

(trans. S. Adamiak)

Discussion:

The canon repeats the norm of Canon 4 of the Council of Gangra (ca AD 340). It is interesting to see that it cites specifically married presbyters, presumably implying that the bishops were not supposed anymore to remain in marriage.
