About the source:

Origin: Ravenna (Italy north of Rome with Corsica and Sardinia)
Denomination: Catholic/Nicene/Chalcedonian
The document on papyrus confirming a donation and a lease of the property was probably drafted in Ravenna in the first half of the 7th century (in the text the date is given only by reference to another document, so the papyrus is dated on a palaeographical basis). The dimensions: 15 cm height, 32 cm length. Now the papyrus is kept in Archivio di Stato in Milan. See Tjäder 1955: 376-380, 475-476.
