DRAFT: Presbyters present in John Cassian`s "Conferences" (Gaul, AD 420).
There are several presbyters in the Conferences:

1. Presbyter and abba Paphnutius (Coll. 2.5). In 3.1 presented as "the presbyter of our congregatio, i.e. those who lived in the hermitage of Scetis". He is also mentioned briefly in Cassian's Institutes (5.40).

2. Presbyter and abba Daniel (Coll. 4.1-2). First selected by above mentioned Paphnutius to serve as his deacon, then made a presbyter as Paphnutius wanted to have a worthy successor. Out of humility, however, Daniel still, although a presbyter, served as a deacon to Pahnutius, and only Paphnutius celebrated Eucharist.

3. In 10.2, it is mentioned that in Scetis there were four churches, each one with its own presbyter.

4. Abba Pinufius (Coll. 10.1-2). He is a presbyter, and an abbot of big monastery in Egypt. His story is recalled also in Cassian's Institutes (4.30), see [1494]).

5. Abba Piamun, a presbyter (Coll. 18.1). Pinufius 20.1?
