Presbyters Uniwersytet Warszawski
PR 213

Saturninus, presbyter in North Africa, early 5th c.

Chronological and
geographical framework:

Attested presbyterial activity in Hippo Regius (Latin North Africa),

According to A. Mandouze (PCBE Afrique: Saturninus 15) this presbyter is probably identical with 212. However, I think that he was not a presbyter at Hippo, but in another (anonymous) place, where Optatus was the bishop.

Described by a title - Presbyter/πρεσβύτερος
